We back on that grind baby!




We’re smack dab in the middle of our Oly Cycle, week 4 of 8 and athletes should be feeling much more confident and competent in their Olympic movements.

This coming week is all about HEAVY SINGLES!

This week we’ll be building to a heavy single rep in the Push Jerk, Power Snatch and Power Clean (not in the same day, of course).

As always, technique comes first and listen to your body - go off what feels heavy for the day!

This week's workouts are straight 🔥🔥🔥 We’ll be getting after some sprint intervals, some longggg EMOMS and some grinds.

This riff off a classic was last tested more than 4 months ago on Nov 5th! Since then we’ve hammered our gymnastic strength and have put much more emphasis on our Olympic lifts and cycling, so lets shave off some time from that last test!
