So many things going on for the METCON class.
Week 1 of the Open is nicely tucked under our belts and we are ready for round two, our OHS squat cycle just finished so we moe with momentum into a new strength cycle...what will fit be?
We’ll be tackling 8-weeks of Olympic Lifting: Snatch, and Clean & Jerk with an alternating strength session 2-3X per week - this will make more sense as we get into the program. Time to get excited and put some focus on the Oly lifts and accompanying strength lifts to support it.
For the Workouts, again our main focus will be the Open workout Friday, but while we’re in peak condition, let’s retest a fan favorite, DEATH ROW coming in hot on Tuesday!

The ultimate conditioning piece, gotta put some power behind the strokes on the rower, be nimble and quick on the burpees and just go ALL OUT. Last tested November 30, 2021, can we add a calorie or two or an extra burpee if we didn’t Rx it last time?! Buckle up buttercup, it’s gonna be a fun ride!
