PERSONAL TRAINING 1:1

Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want.

When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically created for you, for your current fitness level and ability to achieve the goals we set out with you.

Our Coaches will assess your progress at each session to keep you on track and accountable. Personal Training also gives you the opportunity to discuss your training in more detail. 

We recommend you take advantage of at least one Personal Training session per week along with your Group Classes to achieve maximum results.

PRIVATE GROUP SESSIONS

Stay accountable and make working out social with private group classes for friends, family or colleagues.

 

Just like our Personal Training 1:1 sessions, Private Group classes are tailored to your group's needs whilst also taking into account each member of the group individually. 

 

Booking a Private Group gives you your own time with your coach at a time off timetable that is suited to you.

 

Personal Groups are for two or more athletes and perfect for families to spend time together doing something they can share, for friends to meet up and keep each other accountable.
